Jackie is an award-winning speechwriter with 20+ years of experience in executive, internal, client and industry communications. A long-time resident of Massachusetts (Concord-Carlisle High School, Fitchburg State University), she began her career as a teacher and a newspaper editor. After studying writing at Georgetown University, she went on to specialize in leadership communications at Fidelity Investments for 24 years. From 2017 to 2020, Jackie was an executive communications consultant working with corporate clients in a number of industries, including biotech, financial services, life sciences, publishing and technology. In 2021, she joined Iron Mountain as Head of Culture and Engagement Communications.
Jackie serves on the Advisory Committee for Women in Leadership at the Grossman School of Business, University of Vermont; is a member of the Professional Speechwriters Association; and has served on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Business Communications - Boston and for Veterans Legal Services of Massachusetts.
