Noël Theodosiou is founder of Luminous LLC, a consulting company that works with global brands and businesses to empower customer-driven growth. She has two decades of international business experience in management consulting, marketing strategy and facilitation, previously with companies in the WPP Group. She has worked and lived in London (UK), Athens (Greece) and New York, as well as in Central & Eastern Europe.

Noël is also Chair of the Board of Directors of The Walden School, an ASCAP award-winning music school and festival that emphasizes creative application through musicianship, improvisation and composition.

Originally from the Boston-area, she studied violin with Marylou Speaker-Churchill, Eric Rosenblith and David Arden, attended New England Conservatory Prep Division and played in the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra under Benjamin Zander, which toured Israel, Canada, Korea and Taiwan.

Noël graduated from Swarthmore College with Honors in Music and History, where she was a member of the Elizabeth Pollard Fetter String Quartet for three semesters, as well as a principal player in the Swarthmore College Orchestra and Early Music Ensemble.

A Greek-American, Noël now lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
